<h1>Rhino Board</h1>
<div class="wp-caption alignright" style="width: 160px"><a href="http://douglasbouttell.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/v3-pic1.png"><img title="Rhino Board Alpha" src="http://douglasbouttell.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/v3-pic1-150x150.png" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Rhino Board Alpha</p></div>
<p>The Rhino Board uses a Spartan-3E XC3S250E (250k gates) or XC3S500E (500k gates) and provides four 32-bit banks as well as the most useful pins broken out.  This board contains an onboard JTAG programmer as well as a space for a SPI Flash chip.</p>
<p>This Board is 102mm x 78mm (4&#8243; x 3.1&#8243;) and expansion boards can be created using EAGLE free.</p>
<h1>Peripheral Board</h1>
<div id="attachment_9" class="wp-caption alignright" style="width: 160px"><a href="http://douglasbouttell.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/peripheral-board-v1-pic1.png"><img class="size-thumbnail wp-image-9" title="Rhino Board - Peripheral Board version 1" src="http://douglasbouttell.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/peripheral-board-v1-pic1-150x150.png" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Peripheral Board version 1</p></div>
<p>A simple and easy to use board which gives several useful interfaces for beginners and education purposes:</p>
<ul>
<li>VGA</li>
<li>PS/2</li>
<li>Mono PWM Audio</li>
<li>Buzzer</li>
<li>Four character 7-segment display</li>
<li>4&#215;4 keypad</li>
<li>8 LEDs</li>
<li>8 Slide switches</li>
</ul>
<p>The peripheral board plugs on top of the main board, much like the Arduino style of devices, but all ports are protoboard compatible allowing for rapid development.</p>
